Can I return my order?.
Yes, we are pleased to offer a return policy on unopened hair extensions within SEVEN (7) DAYS within you receiving your order. However, we understand that there may be a case in which you need to return or exchange your order and we are more than happy to accommodate returns and exchanges on hair extensions that have not been opened, worn or tampered with!
We are not responsible for any stylist trying to custom color or dye your virgin hair. We understand that everyone is not a colorist or a specialist at coloring hair extensions that's why we take care of the hassle for you with our custom coloring service if needed.
Please contact us first before refunding your package at beautyboxhairextensions@gmail.com within the seven (7) day return period. Hair Extensions must be shipped back unopened in it's original packaging and the packaging must not be defected in any way or a return will not be issued. Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. Therefore, we do not offer returns or exchanges if the hair seal on the bundle has been broken!
When will I receive my refund?
A full refund, excluding the original shipping cost, will be issued to your original payment method after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not opened and the security seal was not broken. Refunds are normally returned back to your bank Card within 24-48Hrs depending on your bank.
May I make a exchange?
Yes, you can make an exchange within SEVEN (7) DAYS. H air Seal MUST NOT be Broken! The hair MUST NOT be unwrapped, Uncombed, Not Brushed, No fingers ran through the hair, worn, or altered in any way for an exchange!! If the hair is altered we will return the hair back to you.
